Day 2 was a success! Actually, I thought the fitness test was more difficult than day 2 of the insanity workout. Don't get my wrong, I didn't breeze though this workout at all. My legs are sore now, and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to walk tomorrow. We will see.
I think the soreness for the first week is going to be pretty tough to fight through. I think the most important thing is to keep your body moving. Even if you can't do the full exercise, keep your body moving when you are taking a break.
We had to extend a few of the water breaks to a minute instead of the 30 seconds.
According to the meal plan, I need to eat 5 - 500 calorie meals - 2500 a day. It is going to take a little getting used to, but I think eating right during this workout is going to be a big key to my success.
Tomorrow is day 3 - I'm going to label it the day to fight through the soreness.
